Terms & Condition

By continuing to use the online services/IZIon24 application and/or other applications of IDEAL LIFE, the Customer acknowledges, understands, agrees to, and is bound by all provisions of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of IDEAL LIFE, as well as the terms governing the use of the website, IZIon24 application, and/or other applications of IDEAL LIFE, including but not limited to the Security and Personal Data Protection Policy of IDEAL LIFE. Please be advised that these Terms and Conditions may be modified or supplemented at any time at the discretion of IDEAL LIFE. IDEAL LIFE strongly recommends that the Customer regularly access the platform to stay updated with the most recent and comprehensive information.

1.     DEFINITION OF TERMS

a.      IDEAL LIFE”: means Ideal Life Consultancy Joint Stock Company.

b.     IZIon24 Application: refers to the IZIon24 Insurance Application, which is owned and developed by Ideal Life Consultancy Joint Stock Company.

c.      IDEAL LIFE’s Applications” or “The Application“: refers to the IZIon24 Insurance Application and/or other applications and software owned and developed by Ideal Life Consultancy Joint Stock Company.

d.      Customer“: refers to an individual who provides information in the IZIon24 Application and/or other applications of IDEAL LIFE at the time of downloading, installing, and accessing the Application on the appropriate electronic media.

e.      Electronic media“: refers to devices operating based on electrical, electronic, digital, magnetic, wireless transmission, optical, electronic, or similar technology that enable Customers to connect to IZIon24’s system to access or use Ideal Life’s services on the IZIon24 Application and/or other applications of IDEAL LIFE. Electronic media may include (but are not limited to) mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, and other similar devices.

f.     Security and Personal Data Protection Policy or “Policy: refers to Ideal Life Consultancy’s Security and Personal Data Protection Policy, which applies to Customers when they access or use the IDEAL LIFE’s Applications, as well as when they use any products or services provided by IDEAL LIFE.

 2.     CONDITIONS OF USE

By accessing IDEAL LIFE’s Applications, the Customer agrees to comply with the following terms of use. Therefore, please read these terms carefully before using IDEAL LIFE’s Applications.

We would like to inform the Customer that these Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time. Therefore, the Customer is advised to regularly access this section to update themselves and comply with the relevant content.

If the Customer does not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions (including this version and any updated versions), please do not download, install, or use the Applications or remove the Applications from your mobile device (if applicable).

 3.     DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY

To the maximum extent permissible by law:

3.1  IDEAL LIFE does not provide any guarantee that the Applications will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it warrant that the Applications and the connected servers are free from harmful software that may affect the Customer’s devices and software.

3.2  IDEAL LIFE always strives to update information in a timely and accurate manner on the Applications; however, there may be cases of limited errors or mistakes. 

4.     LOG IN AND USE IDEAL LIFE’S APPLICATIONS

By accessing IDEAL LIFE’s Applications with the Customer’s phone number, password, or PIN code, the Customer confirms their agreement to perform operations and provide information on the Applications. The Customer will be fully responsible for these operations and the information provided.

Furthermore, the Customer is responsible for keeping the password and PIN code strictly confidential for logging into the Applications and agrees not to disclose, transfer the password or PIN code, or lend/transmit the usage or access to the Applications to any third party. IDEAL LIFE will not be responsible and has no obligation for any damages related to the unauthorized use of the Customer’s password and/or PIN code by any party.

The Customer will be responsible for any damages and losses, including losses to IDEAL LIFE, arising from the loss or use of such information, whether the password and/or PIN code are discovered to be used unlawfully or if anyone gains access to that information without the Customer’s permission. The Customer must immediately notify IDEAL LIFE through the hotline number 19002809 or Email: hotrobaohiem@izion24.com.vn

The Customer will be responsible for any damages and losses, including losses to IDEAL LIFE, arising from the loss or use of such information, with or without the Customer’s approval, until IDEAL LIFE is fully notified by the Customer.

The Customer must ensure the accuracy, completeness, and regular updating of the information provided to IDEAL LIFE related to this login account.

5.     INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

IDEAL LIFE’s Applications are owned and operated by IDEAL LIFE. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and symbols in the Applications are owned and copyrighted by IDEAL LIFE (“Intellectual Property Rights”). Unless specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions and unless permitted by law, any form of impact on IDEAL LIFE’s Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to use, disclosure, copying, distribution, and exploitation, shall be considered a violation of IDEAL LIFE’s Intellectual Property Rights and is not allowed without prior written consent from IDEAL LIFE.

6.     APPLICATION OPERATION

6.1  IDEAL LIFE will make every reasonable effort to assist the Customer in:

a.      Accessing the Applications at any time; or

b.     Using the Applications continuously, without interruption, safely, and without errors.

6.2  The Customer acknowledges that the Applications may not always be available and may be disconnected from the Applications at any time for various reasons, including:

a.      Network connection errors;

b.     Unavailability of the service system for any reason (including maintenance);

c.     The Customer’s violation of any terms of these Terms and Conditions; or

d.    IDEAL LIFE’s decision to terminate, suspend, or block the Customer’s access to the Applications for any reason.

6.3 IDEAL LIFE does not provide any warranties regarding the absolute operation of the Application. The operation of the Application is contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to the functionality, productivity, and configuration of the Customer’s devices, the speed of the network connection, and the number of users accessing the Application support system.

 7.     INFORMATION SECURITY

IDEAL LIFE places great importance on the safety and security of Customers’ information. We will consistently implement network security measures to minimize potential risks in electronic transactions on public platforms.

8.    GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Vietnam. If any provision or part thereof of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent government authority, such invalid or unenforceable provision or part shall not invalidate the remaining provisions, parts, or sections of these Terms and Conditions. They shall be subject to alternative provisions in the Policy on Security and Personal Data Protection,  other IDEAL LIFE’s product and service provisions, and relevant laws.

In the event of any dispute that the parties are unable to resolve through negotiation based on cooperation, equality, and mutual respect, such dispute shall be resolved in the competent court of Vietnam.
